REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee is Hiring a Creative coordinator Near Sarasota, FL

Purpose : The Creative Content Coordinator has a keen eye for crafting designs, templates, and photography for a variety of print and digital media as needed by the association, its staff, and departments.

This position supports our member communications and engagement strategies through the development of visual content such as event collateral (including occasional photography), social media assets, PowerPoint Presentations, and more.

The Creative Content Coordinator will assist with the creative strategy of our in-house marketing team by maintaining and updating the new elevated brand standards.

Reports to : Director of Communications

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborates with the Marketing and Communications Department to plan, design, create, and timely execute concepts for notices, promotions, and campaigns to be used across all association communication channels and for all association staff and departments, including but not limited to : ads, business cards, stationary, envelopes, flyers, registration signs, posters, tabletop displays, logos, event programs and materials, web graphics and banner ads, newsletters (digital and print), PowerPoint shells, banners and signs, logos and graphic headers, flyers, and email templates.
  • Develops and delivers visual marketing assets such as imagery, motion graphics, and short-form videos for use on social media.
  • Coordinate timeline for execution of all media with appropriate association staff.
  • Helps with event content and coordination when needed, including set up, event photography, and registration when needed.
  • Collaborate with outside vendors / freelancers for additional creative services.
  • Manage and schedule social media content.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follows elevated RASM brand standards for all designed material.
  • Update as necessary the Brand / Style guide.
  • Update as necessary design templates for letterhead, business cards, etc.
  • Attend occasional zoom meetings and networking opportunities with staff, members, and board of directors.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years professional experience or commensurate experience.
  • Graphic design, layout, editing, social media and proofreading skills. Graphic design skills are required.
  • Photo and Video editing experience preferred.
  • Expert experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, InDesign, etc.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of typography, color, and other design fundamentals.
  • Preferred experience in creating content for social media platforms and email marketing.

  • Maintain professionalism when working with members and staff.
  • Ability to speak concisely and effectively communicate.
  • Strong ability to manage workload, meet deadlines, and multitask across multiple channels.
  • Ability to stand or sit while maintaining alertness for several hours at a time.
  • Works well in an independent and collaborative environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $57,250.00 - $62,250.00 per year
