AlphaStaff is Hiring a Corporate Recruiter Near Sarasota, FL
Location:This position is remote; however, it is required that candidates be based in the Sarasota-Bradenton area due to occasional in-person team meetings and coordination with local operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the staffing needs of various departments, including administrative and operational roles.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for a wide range of roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and requirements, develop job descriptions, and ensure a clear understanding of the ideal candidate profiles.
- Utilize a variety of innovative recruiting methods to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
- Maintain a significant presence in key industry-specific networks to promote the employer brand and attract top-tier candidates.
- Manage communications with candidates from initial contact through to offer stage, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
- Oversee the maintenance of the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Provide reporting and analytical insights to HR management to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
- Participate in special projects, including employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally split between a recruiting agency and in-house, corporate recruiting.
- Strong knowledge, skills, and abilities in full-cycle recruiting including candidate sourcing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff.
- Proficient in the use of an ATS, HRIS, and LinkedIn.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple recruiting projects and roles simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
