Position SummaryWe are seeking a Corporate Recruiter. This role focuses on attracting and hiring top talent across a national network of corporate locations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in high-volume recruitment, with a proven track record of effectively filling positions, ranging from entry-level to Directors.
Location:This position is remote; however, it is required that candidates be based in the Sarasota-Bradenton area due to occasional in-person team meetings and coordination with local operations.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the staffing needs of various departments, including administrative and operational roles.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for a wide range of roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and requirements, develop job descriptions, and ensure a clear understanding of the ideal candidate profiles.
  • Utilize a variety of innovative recruiting methods to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
  • Maintain a significant presence in key industry-specific networks to promote the employer brand and attract top-tier candidates.
  • Manage communications with candidates from initial contact through to offer stage, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide reporting and analytical insights to HR management to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
  • Participate in special projects, including employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally split between a recruiting agency and in-house, corporate recruiting.
  • Strong knowledge, skills, and abilities in full-cycle recruiting including candidate sourcing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff.
  • Proficient in the use of an ATS, HRIS, and LinkedIn.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple recruiting projects and roles simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation And PerksExcellent compensation package including a base of $55,000-65,000 (based on experience), bonuses and full employee benefits including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
