Harmar is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding successful hires. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and contribute to the overall success of our talent acquisition efforts.
