This job requires the individualto work with and around overhead cranes forklifts trucks powerequipment automated equipment and other hazardous processes whichrequires this job to be classified as a SAFETY SENSITIVEposition.
JobDescription :
The role involvesapplying industrial coatings at recommended thickness levels. Thisincludes mixing thinning and adjusting spray equipment to ensureproper atomization.
After priming the job requires applying asecond coat to the specified thickness. Additionally maintainingaccurate records of work performed is essential.
Operating overheadcranes and power tools is part of the daily tasks. Its imperativeto inspect and ensure all equipment is in good working condition atthe start and end of each shift.
Any equipment or product defectsmust be promptly reported to the supervisor for immediateaction.
Requirements :
1Year Painting experience required. Must be familiar with variouscoatings. Should be familiar with effects of temperature andhumidity on coatings.
Knowledge of fast and slow evaporatingsolvents. Familiar with drawings and understanding data sheets onpaint.
