Environmental Field Technician Description
Our client in the environmental consulting industry is looking for an Environmental Field Technician to add to their team in Northern California. In this role, you will conduct field measurements for air monitoring projects. This position requires daily visits to the main office near Santa Rosa, CA, to pick up equipment and company vehicles, but the majority of your time will be spent in the field at project sites; most within 45 miles or less of the head office. All drive time is part of the paid workday. The ideal candidate is passionate about using state-of-the-art environmental monitoring equipment to ensure the accurate collection of high-quality data & can also be flexible in adjusting daily work schedules to align with changing project needs. To be successful, you must understand mechanical and electrical systems, be skilled in using hand tools, and be eager to learn how to use various testing devices (all training provided).
