Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by analyzing data, providing insights, and optimizing sales activities.
Additionally, this role involves account executive attributions, allowing you to collaborate closely with our sales representatives.
Responsibilities :
Compiling, Analyzing, and Reporting Sales Data :
- Collect and organize sales data from various sources.
- Create reports and dashboards to track sales performance
Account Executive Support :
- Collaborate with account executives to understand client needs.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Create sales materials such as proposals, slides, and analyses.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage agendas and implement projects.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and expenses.
- Work with the sales teams to identify areas for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Propose recommendations for process optimization.
- Assist in budget planning.
- Conduct research on rival companies and their strategies.
- Provide actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
What You Need to Succeed :
- Proficiency using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent communication (oral, written and presentation skills)
- Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels
- Bachelor’s and / or associate degree in business or another related field preferred
