Responsibilities

As a Parts Manager, you will manage and ensure the Parts department is operating efficiently to support the dealership in delivering world-class service.

  • The ideal Parts Manager achieves objectives through proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, security, pricing, merchandising, displaying, and advertising
  • Demonstrated track record of leading teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Lead the parts department as an effective supervisor, setting standards and holding the team accountable for departmental goals
  • Recruit, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff
  • Analyze sales, expenses, and inventory monthly to maintain profit goals
  • Possess strong financial acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze dealership financial numbers while seeking opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of Parts Management experience is required
  • Minimum of 3 years prior work experience in an Automotive Parts Department
  • Previous Honda experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Compensation

  • The estimated annual earnings for this position are $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 after factoring in all forms of compensation including salary, commissions, bonuses, etc.
  • Employees in this position will receive a base salary of $6,000 per month, plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.

Please keep in mind that this range may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month
