RequirementsThe Role:
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of backend systems
- Drive advancements in our backend architecture to anticipate growth
- Take technical ownership of features, driving product progression
- Collaborate closely with the product team to drive impactful changes
- Present cross-team launches and updates at company-wide check-ins
- Action-oriented. You thrive on delivering results
- Backend-focused. You excel in building backend services over frontend components
- 3 years of problem-solving experience
- Proficient in building and scaling NoSQL databases (Familiarity with Firebase is advantageous)
- Skilled in React.js (React, Redux, CSS/SASS, HTML, Typescript)
- Strong communication skills
- Proven track record of timely and budget-compliant feature deliveries
- Organized, self-driven, and proactive
- Weekly workouts with the team
