Job Brief: We are looking for a talented AV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up, configuring, and maintaining audiovisual systems. Responsibilities include installing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to ensure high-quality AV experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment, including projectors, speakers, microphones, and video conferencing systems.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct site surveys and assist in designing AV systems to meet client needs.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Ensure all installations and setups are completed to the highest standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an AV Technician or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with AV equipment and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with control systems (e.g., Q-Sys, Crestron, Extron) is a plus.
• Certification in relevant AV technologies is desirable.
