Construction Framer

As a Construction Framer you are responsible for building and repairing wooden frames of structures.

Job responsibilities :

• Ability to safely use various electric, gas powered, & battery-operated power tools (Scissor Lifts, Ladders, Pneumatic Nail Guns, Skil Saws, Sawzalls, Panel Saws, Grinders, Drills)
• Rough framing of modular buildings; walls, floors, & roofs of modular structures
• Installing joist & studs, flashing, & securing structural supports
• Install doors, windows, & other
• Finish work such as moldings & interior fixtures
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have extensive level of construction knowledge
• Excellent organization skills
• Able to work 8, 10 or 12 hours shifts
• Able to carry, twist, push, pull products and lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand, walk and bend for the entire shift
• Able to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Able to count accurately
• Able to read and interpret blueprints / schematics
