The Stepping Stones Group is Hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Near Santa Maria, CA
Responsibilities:
· Assist in a 1:1 or classroom support caseload
· Assist grades K through 12 and behaviors mild to severe
· Assist with various aggressions and medically fragile individuals
· Assist with toileting and diapering as needed
Training:
· 4-hour online training in ABA basics

Qualifications:
· HS Diploma 60 college credits or higher
· 1 year of ABA and RBT experience required
·Experience with autistic youth in an educational setting
