• We’re for looking for a genuine caring and compassionate individual with a passion for hospitality that possess integrity and accountability.
• An individual who let’s their personality shine through and can be themselves.
• They lead with inspiration supporting and encouraging their fellow employees so that they can achieve success together.
• 2 years of experience as a high end bartender / restaurant service or related work
• Strong F&B, cocktail, beer and wine knowledge is preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and Holidays
• Must have current New Mexico alcohol server certification
• New Mexico Food Handler Certification
• Using your you will provide an enjoyable, expertly served experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality.
• Bartenders are knowledgeable about all drink menu options including wine and cocktail selections and are able to the detailed ingredients information as well as an engaging and articulate description that tempts the tastebuds!
• to expand your knowledge of liquors, wines, beers, ports, armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs and specialty drinks
• As a the bartender assists with additional side work, greet and seat guests in the absence of the hostess, take reservations and have the ability to operate the Micros Operating System.
• Being you will anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items
