Your responsibilities will include processing accounts receivable and payable, tracking payments, posting receipts, preparing AR aging analysis and reports, and managing sales commission reports. You'll also handle vendor invoices, contact customers about overdue accounts, process expense reports, and support daily, weekly, and month-end accounting duties. Additionally, you'll resolve discrepancies, maintain fixed asset records, conduct inventory, and create financial reports using Excel and ERP systems. General office tasks like answering phones, dispatching calls, and greeting visitors are also part of the role.
We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience, prior accounting experience, and advanced MS Excel skills. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint is also required.
