Elevated Behavioral Therapy Services (EBTS) is looking for highly motivated individuals who are seeking to make a positive impact in the lives of children, adolescents and young adults with Autism and related developmental disorders. EBTS strongly believes in the sentiment that simply having a great vision is not enough. We know that without the right team our vision cannot come to fruition so we strive to continuously encourage, empower and support our staff.
In this role, you will conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for clients, developing innovative individualized ABA programs, managing multiple cases, providing ongoing training, supervision, and feedback to your team of qualified therapists, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data collection, collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of behavior intervention strategies, monitor client progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress reports, creating a time-efficient schedule to meet with each client and RBT assigned to you and participate in clinical/admin/all staff meetings.
Our ideal candidate utilizes excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management skills, and has a desire to work in a team environment.
