Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate on a diverse range of projects, including residential homes, commercial spaces, and hospitality venues. From concept to completion, you will work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to bring visionary designs to life. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity, you will play a key role in shaping environments that not only look stunning but also enhance the well-being and experiences of those who inhabit them. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Develop design concepts that align with client objectives and project requirements.
• Create mood boards, renderings, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Select and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials that meet design standards and project budgets.
• Produce detailed drawings and documentation for construction and installation.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress, address issues, and provide guidance as needed.
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and technologies to inform design decisions and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
• years of experience in interior design, preferably in a design firm or architectural practice.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Professional accreditation (e.g., NCIDQ certification) is a plus.
