Four-D Metal Finishing is Hiring an Accounts Receivable/Administrative Assistant Near Santa Clara, CA
Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm
Qualifications: experience with Apple computers, skilled in Quickbooks is a plus, proficiency in organization, multi-tasking, attention to detail and time management, strong verbal and written skills, good attitude, bi-lingual is helpful (but not necessary).
Duties: Accounts Receivable (invoicing, data entry), assist with quality management, general office duties including answering phones, filing, and purchasing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
