Role: AEM Developer
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite from day 1)
MUST HAVE CERTIFICATION
Job Responsibilities:
1. Development and customization of AEM components, templates, and workflows.
2. Integration of AEM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
3. Design and implementation of web experiences using AEM.
4. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to AEM implementation.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and content creators to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
6. Developing and implementing best practices for AEM development and deployment.
7. Managing AEM environments, including configuration, performance tuning, and security.
8. Providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
9. Keeping up-to-date with the latest AEM features and enhancements, and evaluating their potential impact on existing implementations.
10. Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Tech Stack Experience:
1. Experience in Java development
2. Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and
3. Familiarity with AEM architecture and administration.
4. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $55.08 - $60.00 per hour
