Wonder Valley Outdoor Education Center is looking to expand our class instructor department.
This is a great job for anyone looking to build a resume heading toward a teaching credential or working with children in any capacity or retired teachers who want to continue helping to educate in a more flexible environment.
Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Set up and Teach classes in a variety of subjects such as Science-Based classes (Rocketry, Journey of the Water Cycle, etc.) or Adventure-Based classes (Archery, Canoeing, Ropes Course) and so much more as we continue to grow the program!
- Lead or assist with evening programs such as Campfire, Stargazing, Night Hike, and more.
- Be a part of the team ready to provide great customer service and quality programming to youth groups.
We are looking for staff who model positive behavior when finding solutions and have open communication with peers, leadership team, management, and other departments.
