Pay Rate:
- 1st shift 7am-3pm: $17/hr
- 2nd shift 3pm-11pm: $17.50/hr
- 3rd shift 11pm-7am: $18.50/hr
- Mandatory overtime when needed.

- Training new team members on safety rules and procedures
- Conducting in-process quality checks
- Performing basic operations and manual processes to keep the line running smoothly.
- Reporting data regularly
- Participating in line changeovers
- Performing basic troubleshooting during production
- Have a high school diploma and 2 years of related experience or training in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Possess basic mathematical skills (multiplication, division, subtraction, addition)
- Can read and interpret documents such as formulas, specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Are bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
