Pay Rate:
  • 1st shift 7am-3pm: $17/hr
  • 2nd shift 3pm-11pm: $17.50/hr
  • 3rd shift 11pm-7am: $18.50/hr
  • Mandatory overtime when needed.

What’s a typical day as a Line Operator? You’ll be:
  • Starting and operating equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Training new team members on safety rules and procedures
  • Conducting in-process quality checks
  • Performing basic operations and manual processes to keep the line running smoothly.
  • Reporting data regularly
  • Participating in line changeovers
  • Performing basic troubleshooting during production
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma and 2 years of related experience or training in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • Possess basic mathematical skills (multiplication, division, subtraction, addition)
  • Can read and interpret documents such as formulas, specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Are bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
