Position Summary:The LPN Physician Practice, provides direct and indirect patient care, under the supervision of the Registered Nurse utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Required Education:
Graduate of a school of nursing is required
Required License:
Licensed Practical Nurse is requiredRequired Certification:
American Heart Association BLS required
