Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Maintain interior and exterior of the property
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
