About RehabVisions
- PRN to part-time Physical Therapist.
- This is a PRN to part-time (up to 20 hours) position located in beautiful Sandstone, MN.
- Sandstone, MN. is located 1 hour from Duluth and 1 hour from Metro Twin Cities
- The setting for this position is Skilled Nursing
- Additional hours can be added with Telehealth coverage in other facilities located in Minnesota

Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients
- Complete documentation
- Plan, market and develop new programs
- Communicate with patients, patients’ families and physicians and staff
- Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
- Assist in the general operation of the department
Qualifications and Benefits
Physical Therapist Job Requirements:
- Bachelors (B.A., B.S. ), Master’s degree (M.A., M.S. ) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy
- Graduate of a certified physical therapy program
- Possess or be eligible for state licensure
