WCRMC is a licensed general acute care facility with 56 hospital beds and a 60-bed extended care facility.

Washington County Regional Medical Center's Operating Room Department is in search of a Full-Time Scrub Technician! This position provides an opportunity to learn new skills in regards to assisting nurses, surgeons, and patients.

Job Requirements:

• 1 year of Orthopedic and General Surgery experience required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Completion of accredited surgical technology program.
• BLS and CST Certification
• Basic computer knowledge

Job Responsibilities:

• ​​​Works under supervision of RN and ensures sterility of surgical field.
• Assists circulator and surgical team in surgical department.
• Gathers supplies, instruments, and equipment for procedures.
• Assists with Endoscopic procedures.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
