Materelli is looking for a hard working, flexible, self disciplined, and team oriented individual to join our team. We are a family oriented company. This person must be dedicated to the patients and their care. This job is for Home Health. You will be assigned a case load and responsible for the care of those patients.
Responsibilities of the RN include:
Implements and monitors patient care plans.
Notes and complies with physician and nursing orders.
Will be the primary coordinator with all disciplines of the patients care.
Assesses and coordinates patients needs with members of the healthcare team.
Basic skills required:
Wound care
IV Therapy
Lab draws
Catheter care
Mileage paid. Medical, dental, and vision available.
Job Types: Full-time, PRN
Pay: $49,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
