Seasoned Recruitment, a reputable healthcare recruitment agency, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions. You will collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other professionals to provide consultation and training on behavior analytic strategies and techniques.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
Implement evidence-based behavior analytic interventions to individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges
Provide consultation and training to caregivers, educators, and other professionals on behavior analytic strategies and techniques
Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and integrated care
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges
Strong knowledge and understanding of behavior analysis principles and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Proficiency in data collection and analysis
