Busy San Ramon Optometric office is seeking a friendly and outgoing Optometric Technician/Medical Assistant with a minimum 1 year experience in patient care to join our office! We are looking for someone long-term who wants to grow with our established practice. Training provided!

• Candidate should know how to take a patient history.
• Use lensometer to measure glasses.
• Pre-testing patients including visual fields testing, auto refraction, NCT, OCT, topography and Optomap retinal exam.
• Typing 45-50 WPM a plus.
• Excellent and enthusiastic patient care skills a must.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
