Job Summary
The ERP Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between technology and business needs within Trust Automation. This professional is responsible for understanding and analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and aligning them with the implementation of ERP/MRP systems and processes. They collaborate with key stakeholders, including business users and the IT team, to gather and document requirements, define project scopes, and ensure that the ERP solution meets the organization's strategic objectives. They conduct thorough analysis, assess system capabilities, and recommend enhancements or customizations to optimize the ERP system's efficiency. Additionally, this position plays a pivotal role in facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring successful implementation, and providing ongoing support to ensure the ERP system continues to meet evolving business needs.
