We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator Apprentice to join our talented team. This is an exciting opportunity to be an impactful contributor to a growing company. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this is a temp to hire position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without visa sponsorship.
Job Responsibilities:
· Occupation consists of ability to read the traveler and drawing packet for requirements such as selection of materials, measurements, and specified dimensions/tolerances.
· Examine work pieces and measure work pieces with straightedge, measuring tape and combination square.
· Ability to fabricate various metal thicknesses and categories of steel. Knowledge of fundamental machining practices including grinding, milling and lathe work. Basic knowledge of precision inspection of tool, jigs, and dies to confirm work quality and compliance with specifications. Maintain equipment daily as instructed.

· Works under immediate supervision.
· Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Job Type: Full-time, Temp to hire position.
Salary: $20.13- $32.10 per hour (progression level)
Expected hours: 40 per week.
Schedule: Day shift, 5:30AM to 2:00PM
Work Location: In person.
