Immediate opening for bilingual (English and Spanish) experienced full-time medical receptionist/registration clerk. We are a very busy Orthopedic Surgery Office located in San Leandro. All applicants must have experience as a receptionist in a MEDICAL OFFICE and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greeting all patients, registering new patients, verifying insurance, data entry, EMR chart prep, reminder phone calls, filling out forms and paperwork requests, answering calls, writing up bank deposits. Your biggest job responsibility is being professional, kind and welcoming to all patients and staff.
We look forward to welcoming you to our team. There are 3 full-time receptionists, 3 full-time surgeons, 1 PA and 1 NP who all see patients in our office.
