GENERAL SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented senior cost accountant to join our growing organization. We would like an experienced team member to support the growing needs. Morgan will be implementing a new ERP system in 2025 and allowing us to start fresh with new standard costing and new costing function for the organization We are looking for someone who is highly analytical, detail oriented with a drive to see consistent improvement in our dynamic environment.
The first year will be assisting the organization to develop standard costing to be implemented April 2025. This will include recommendations to help meet guidelines, working with finance and operations to develop standards and provide feedback on BOMS and routers. Make recommendations to the finance organization on how to transition accounting for costs to better align with standards. Once implemented support the organization to a steady, repeatable reliable process.
