The Optimization and Personalization team was formed to deliver industry-leading site enablement and customization capabilities while supporting the site analytics and performance tracking teams. The group closely partners with eCommerce leadership, Marketing, IT, business unit leaders and corporate functions to deliver new or enhanced capabilities based on key testing insights for an industry-leading customer experience.
This team maintains a highly visible and strategically significant role in delivering against the strategies of the organization at large as it relates to customer experience. A deep understanding of JavaScript, CSS and HTML are required. Strong organization and communications skills are key.
What you'll do - Deliver rich, optimized experiences across the Adobe.com web properties
- Work extensively in MS Word and Excel for managing content
- Develop using JavaScript (without any framework), CSS, and HTML
- Partner strategically with product management and analytics teams to support A/B testing and web personalization strategy
- Diagnose and fix technical issues related to delivering custom site experiences
- Collaborate with several teams including Product Management, Program Management, e-Commerce, Creative, and Engineering to ensure timely execution of web optimization strategy
What you need to succeed - BS Degree in Computer Science preferred or 5 years' experience in web development or equivalent practical experience
- Deep knowledge of and experience in front-end web development technologies, namely JavaScript (without any framework), CSS, and HTML
- Knowledge of Git including branching, merging, and pull requests
- Knowledge and experience working with A/B testing
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, high attention to detail, concise written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform a plus
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $124,000 -- $234,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
