Seasoned Recruitment is Hiring a Radiologic Technologist Near San Jose, CA
Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing radiography (x-ray) examinations on patients, following radiation safety protocols and ensuring high-quality images. You will prepare patients for procedures, administer contrast agents when necessary, and accurately enter and monitor patient data. Additionally, you will perform quality assurance checks on equipment, report incidents or equipment malfunctions, and assist with accreditation applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and safety, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Education: Graduation from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Radiology License.
- Certification in Basic or Advanced Life Support (BLS/ALS), required.
- Registered Radiology Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R), required.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Radiologic Technologist is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent technical skills in radiography (x-ray) procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate patient records.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with patients and medical staff.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and maneuver patients with assistance to perform job functions effectively.
- Availability: Flexible scheduling, including the ability to handle emergency calls and potential weekend shifts.
