Due to growth volumes, we seek a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to spearhead their marketing initiatives. This role involves crafting and executing strategies to enhance the market presence and establish a compelling brand identity. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for marketing and a knack for inspiring creativity and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities
- Supervise the marketing department, providing guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals
- Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
- Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, product launches, and more
- Monitor progress and submit performance reports
- Responsible for producing valuable content for the company's online presence, editorial design, and publications
- Conduct general market research to stay abreast of trends and competitor movements
- Control budgets and allocate resources among projects
- Build strategic partnerships with external parties such as media, stakeholders, and potential clients
- Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar leadership role
- Extensive experience in marketing, advertising, brand management, or related fields
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry is highly desirable
