Are you a dedicated attorney interested in estate planning and helping families secure their future? Our firm specializes in estate planning, asset protection, and elder law, and we are looking for a motivated attorney to join our team.

$120,000 - $140,000 commensurate with experience.

• Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans for clients, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced healthcare directives.
• Counsel clients on estate planning strategies, tax implications, and asset distribution.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including trusts, deeds, and beneficiary designations.
• Conduct client meetings, evaluate individual needs, and provide tailored legal solutions.
• Stay informed about changes in estate planning laws and regulations.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in California.
• Experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
