House of Air is the premier Trampoline Park in San Francisco! Located in the Presidio on Crissy Field with views of the bay and bridge, we boast an unbeatable location and fun work environment. Staff perks include free jumping when not working!

Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Fitness Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various fitness disciplines and a strong desire to educate and motivate individuals to achieve their fitness goals.

Compensation:

This job pays a base rate of $35 per hour, plus a performance goal that includes profit sharing past a certain attendance percentage. Instructor keeps 25% of ticket revenue for all participants over 10 in each class.

Hours:

Classes will take place on weekday evenings and weekend mornings, with an initial weekly load of 3 classes per week. If the initial schedule of classes is consistently full of at least 10 participants or more, then more weekly classes can be added to earn more hours.

Duties:

- Lead 3-5 group classes per week that utilize our trampolines for fitness & conditioning

- Instruct participants on proper body mechanics and form during exercises

- Develop and implement personalized fitness programs for clients

- Educate clients on physiology, nutrition, and overall wellness

- Promote and sell fitness classes or personal training sessions

- Ensure the safety of all participants during classes

Qualifications:

- Certification in either personal or group training from NASM or similarly accredited organization

- Strong knowledge of physiology and exercise science

- Experience in personal training is a plus

- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Sales experience in the fitness industry is beneficial
