OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dedicated Resident Services Director to oversee the operations and management of our senior living community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior care, leadership, and financial acumen.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the senior living community

- Supervise staff members and ensure high-quality care for residents

- Develop and implement budgets to ensure financial stability

- Provide leadership and guidance to staff in delivering exceptional memory care services

- Oversee dementia care programs and activities

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for assisted living facilities

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred

- Proven experience in operations management within an assisted living or nursing home setting

- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial management

- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team

- Understanding of senior care regulations and compliance standards
