Job Duties & Responsibilities
* Data input to various software programs
* Able to upload data entries to our traffic software & excel spreadsheets with minimum errors
* ( Preferred )Basic knowledge of Mexican Customs rules and cross border documents (Pedimento / Factura Aduanal / Carta porte / E-manifest )
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite / programs to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to run project processes from initialization to completion.
• Ability to take direction and complete routine tasks.
• Ability to work on call during afterhours and on weekends if necessary.
To qualify as a Dispatcher, you’ll need.
• 1-2 years’ experience minimum
• Good verbal and interpersonal skills in English and Spanish.
• Problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- San Diego, CA 92154 (Required)
Work Location: In person
