Key Responsibilities
- Manage the budget of the project and adhere to the budget constraints.
- Directly monitor and coordinate the activities of the project team.
- Coordinate and supervise the construction process.
- Resolve any disputes or conflicts related to the project.
- Keep stakeholders informed of progress and potential risks.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Implement quality control processes.
- Bachelor's degree in construction or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented and self-directed.
- Creative problem-solving ability.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Ability to manage projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
