Joby Aviation is seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to join our Testing Team as the Powertrain and Electronics (P&E) Test Lab Operations Manager at our San Carlos facility. The objective of the P&E Equipment Test Lab is to support the Joby programs through development and certification testing of powertrain and electronics equipment and systems. This role's main responsibility is to plan, organize, and optimize the test and maintenance workflows to accomplish P&E Test lab functions in a safe and timely manner, to support Joby needs.
Responsibilities:Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $116,200 - $154,900/yr. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
