Compensation Range: $46 - 52 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our client's Creative Operations team in San Bruno, CA!
The successful candidate will be curious, innovative, and adept at managing and maintaining the tools that are essential to the Creative team's success.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain tools used within the Creative team, including Salesforce and Workfront.
• Identify and resolve technical problems, ensuring smooth operation of systems and tools.
• Lead system and tool enhancements and implementations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee daily operational tickets and issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Develop and manage user guidance documentation for creative and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure teams are well-versed in the tools and systems.
• Create and compile program and project reports as needed for business requirements.
• Collaborate with various business partners, both internal and external to the Creative team.
• Ensure familiarity with creative workflows, marketing processes, and creative production lifecycles.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce and Workfront operational duties within an enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Experience leading system and tool enhancements and implementations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage daily operational tickets and issues.
• Excellent communication skills for developing user guidance documentation and conducting training.
• Ability to create and compile detailed program and project reports.
• Familiarity with creative workflows, marketing processes, and creative production lifecycles.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with various business partners.
