- Minimum Qualifications:*
- One-year experience in a clerical position required
- Computer experience and be comfortable learning new programs
- Knowledge of alphabetic and terminal digit filing systems
- Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with other department employees of all levels written and verbal
- Ability to effectively communicate with upset patients and demanding physicians in a professional manner
- Capable of making independent decisions within the scope of assigned responsibility
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with frequent interruptions
- Good telephone skills including patience and professionalism
- Willingness to embrace change
- Preferred Qualifications:*
- Experience in related position in healthcare desired
- Pay Range* $23.79 - $27.01 /hour
