Responsibilities:
- Monitors and maintains required inventory levels as required.
- Matches physical inventory against ERP system records periodically and reports any discrepancies to the team.
- Develops and executes effective inventory management practices.
- Processes and documents return items as necessary by following established methods.
- Manages inventory in stock room as well organizes finished goods as required.
- Maintains records in ERP system for customer orders, returns and supply.
- Prepares inventory reports concerning understock, overstock and missing items and presents to the procurement team immediately.
- Ensures the stock room is clean, organized and effectively maintained.
- Restructures stock room in collaboration with the Supply Chain team to maintain optimal efficiency.
- Removes any defective or expired items from inventory and creates records of the transactions.
- Prepares kits for the production floor as per work order requirements.
- Performs three-way matching: match goods receipt with purchase order and suppliers’ invoice, along with incoming inspection, to ensure goods received are accurate and acceptable.
- Assists in packaging and shipping for customers’ orders.
