Job Description
My Way Leases is currently hiring for our Collections Specialist position. The Collections Specialist is responsible for the majority of our customer interactions and as such, a winning personality and strong work ethic are key to a successful candidate.
Work responsibilities and background requirements include, but aren't limited to :
- Offering enthusiastic sales help to customers in store and on the phone
- Assisting in maintaining a clean professional showroom
- Keeping merchandise in excellent condition
- Ensuring timely deliveries
- Securing on time payments and collecting on delinquent accounts
- College Experience is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus
- Previous Experience in the Rent to Own industry is preferred.

Pay : $17.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
