The Process Technician will be able to establish, implement and maintain process parameters to ensure daily production and new product schedules are met.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain all process parameters.
- Maintain process requirements for new product.
- Develop and implement training / upgrade schedule for mold technicians.
- Maintain technical information and support between production facilities.
- Develop and maintain customer / supplier quality and material requirements for current and new product processes.
- Set-up and implement extended product processes.
- Assist in new fixture and tooling implementation.
- Work closely with Process Engineer
- Complete assigned paperwork as required.
- Other duties or tasks as assigned or required.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience working within the Injection Molding industry
- Technical degree or equivalent work experience
