What it takes to join our team:As a Wellness Coordinator/Fitness Trainer with EHM Senior Solutions, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- provide exercise and wellness opportunities both one-on-one and group settings for older adults in our facilities and the surrounding community in their homes
- be part of a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals to meet the needs of older adults and allow them to have the best quality of life
- have great communication skills
- are able to effectively multitask
- have good problem-solving abilities
- maintain client confidentiality
- are an empathetic and compassionate individual
- possess good time management skills
- flexibly adapt to variable needs
- Movement degree (exercise physiology, kinesiology) preferred but not required
- One year work experience in service with older adults preferred but not required
- CPR required within 6 months of hire
- Valid Driver's license
