Ability to sand / finish resin parts to desired finish level
Ability to judge surface and coating finish vs. boundary sample
JIG, or Fixture design and adjustment
Have ability to fix minor imperfections (sand and rub)
Ability to accommodate daily priority changes as needed
Willingness to follow standardized work and safety protocols
Ability to work both independently and in small teams.
Demonstrated commitment to the customer (embrace flexibility of assignment and willingness to support in all functional roles).
Fundamental paint knowledge and skills (Mixing paint, setting up gun, spray application, etc.)
Must be reliable
Willing (eager) to work and able to work 10-hour days
