Shipper Forklift Operator - starting at $18 per hour Attendance Bonus

MMI Engineered Solutions is a growing enterprise in Saline, Michigan, providing world-class engineering solutions for advanced composites and engineered resins.

We are looking for positive, safety-minded individuals with strong attention to detail to join our Shipping / Receiving Team.

We have an opening on our 1st Shift : 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm (Monday - Friday)

Qualifications :

• A minimum of 2 years' experience within a manufacturing environment operating a forklift, utilization of scanner equipment including handling of WIP, Finished Goods and shipping responsibilities.
• A self-starter with a history of showing initiative in getting things done and anticipating what needs to get done.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proven communicational skills, both written and oral.
• Demonstrated ability to push, pull, lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Ability to be trained and operate a forklift.
• Regular & prompt attendance at work.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with clients & coworkers in a respectful and professional manner.
• Willingness and ability to work overtime as required (Coming in early, staying late, working weekends, etc.).
