The Inpatient Pediatric Nurse Manager will get the chance to pursue an exciting opportunity where they will be expected to evaluate processes to improve patient care, implement strategies to reduce costs, monitor financial performance, and determine appropriate staffing. The Inpatient Nurse Manager will provide management to a high volume, 20 bed unit. This Pediatric Nurse Manager will report directly to the Director, be supported by a Hospital Administrator, and will work closely with the interdisciplinary hospital team team.

An Inpatient Nurse Manager that possesses previous management or leadership experience, as such as Charge Nurse, Pediatric Charge Nurse, Supervisor, Lead, Assistant Manager, or Manager, a background in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit or Critical Care, as well as a BSN, and a valid and unrestricted Oregon Registered Nursing license will make for quick interviews!
