We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the operations of our senior care facility. As a Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the facility, including financial management, resident care, and staff supervision. Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing home facility

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and revenue collection

- Ensure the provision of high-quality resident care by supervising nursing staff and implementing best practices

- Collaborate with medical professionals to develop individualized care plans for residents

- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors

- Promote resident rights and advocate for their needs

- Implement programs and activities to enhance the quality of life for residents

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in senior care

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)

- Valid Nursing Home Administrator license or certification

- Proven experience in senior care or assisted living facility management

- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial management

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team

- Knowledge of operations management principles in a healthcare setting

- Familiarity with dementia care practices and protocols

- Understanding of resident rights and regulations governing nursing home facilities

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
