Inspire Behavioral Services is Hiring a Behavior Technician Near Salem, OR

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly in the areas of autism and special education. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in implementing behavior intervention plans and providing support to individuals in need.

Responsibilities:

- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Conduct direct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients
- Collect data on client behavior and progress
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective communication and implementation of treatment goals
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles (preferred not required)
- Familiarity with data collection methods and techniques
- 18 years or older, with valid drivers license, means of transportation and Auto insurance.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients and their families
